Leak Detection and Inspection
The windshield, the surrounding seals and the pinch weld are checked to establish where water is actually entering, rather than where it is showing up inside.

Windshield Leak Repair
A leak is rarely just water. Left alone it reaches the headliner, the carpet, and the electronics underneath, and the repair only gets bigger.

Water inside a vehicle almost always arrives quietly. Damp carpet, a musty smell, or a stain spreading down the A-pillar are usually the first signs, and by then the water has been getting in for a while.
The hard part of a leak is not the sealing, it is the finding. Water travels along channels inside the body before it appears, so where it shows up is rarely where it entered.
Detail
The windshield, the surrounding seals and the pinch weld are checked to establish where water is actually entering, rather than where it is showing up inside.
Seals harden and shrink with age, and Colorado temperature swings accelerate it. Fresh sealant, correctly applied, gives a durable water-resistant barrier again.
Damage in the glass itself can let water past. Sealing it stops both the leak and the crack that was going to spread anyway.
If the glass or the bonding surface is too far gone, replacement is the honest answer. The new unit is set and sealed so the leak does not simply return.
If the carpet is damp or the glass fogs from the inside after rain, it is worth looking at before the interior takes the damage.
